Goals:
The Plant is established to produce coke using coals, in Zarand City, it's located at the geographical center of Kerman province.
The Plant designed to produce 400,000 Tons Dry coke using 500000 Tons raw material (coal).
Project description:
Zarand Coke production & Tar(Bitumen) Refinery Plant established for processing and production of Coke in Zarand.
Considering the fact that,80% of coal Mines & reserve Located in Kerman province & specially in Zarand (75 Km, North-West of Kerman Country), production of 400,000 tons metallurgical coke is the main goal for establishment of the Plant By Mine & Mineral Production Company.
The products would be supplied to steel & Metallurgical Plants, Sugar Plants and other industries. In addition, the amount of 19.000 Tons of Coal-Tar will be produced in plant along with other side products such as: Sulfur, Sulfate Alumina, Benzol, Naphthalene and other products which cannot be produced in petrochemical plants.
The Plant consisted of 3 main sections:
1- Coke production line,
2- Gas refinery unit,
